aca500plus replacement

    Good evening i have a aca500plus that i have been using and i have just received a checkmate case to put my A500+ into, it comes with a riser card that lets you plug in the aca500plus card into it but unfortunately i had not realised it needs to go in upside down and I have i think blown the card, it is one of the older 2016 models so i need to get it sent to you for repair. please let me know what i need to do, thanks.

    On the 2016 version, we'll have to exchange the 9572 CPLD and the DisMo (as both of the chips on the DisMo get -12V, so it's not worth repairing that). Please read this article for sending things back.
