Log files are held for a maximum of 14 days for security reasons, for example to solve criminal or other abuse of this website. After this 14-day period, log files are automatically deleted. If you choose PayPal as payment provider, our website will transfer your order- and address data, so PayPal can fulfil the insurance service in addition to the payment service. In addition to that, PayPal will transfer the eMail address to us that you use as your main e-mail address for PayPal. We reserve the right to use that address for contacting you, should this be required (for example if you mis-typed your e-mail address in our order form). The provider of this service is PayPal (Europe) S.à.r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg.


If you choose barzahlen.de as payment provider, our website will transfer the amount, your e-mail address, your mobile phone number and the billing address to barzahlen.de. The list of ordered goods will not be transferred. Provider of this service is Cash Payment Solutions GmbH, Wallstr. 14a, 10179 Berlin, Germany.


If you choose to make a SEPA wire transfer, your bank will disclose your IBAN and the full name of the account holder to us. Data transfer from iComp to the bank does not happen. Our bank is Fidor Bank AG, Sandstraße 33, 80335 München, Germany.


We only store information from payment providers to fulfil legally required safekeeping periods for account statements. Combining this data with other data sources does not happen.


For delivery of ordered goods, we disclose the delivery address to DHL: DHL Paket GmbH, Sträßchensweg 10, 53113 Bonn, Germany. For shipments that are sent with registered mail, we disclose the shipping address to Deutsche Post AG, Charles-de-Gaulle-Straße 20, 53113 Bonn, Germany.

Our shop site does not use Cookies. Only our support forum under forum.icomp.de uses cookies for easily finding new postings since your last visit. You can delete this cookie in your browser on your own. It does not contain any personal data.

Our web sites do not use any trackers or analytics plugins, and we are not planning to change this.
