After fitting the ACE2b to an Amiga 2000 NTSC rev 6.2, the computer does not turn on. I noticed that one pin is missing on the Gary-adapter. Should this pin be off or has it been damaged?

As mentioned in the manual, this pin is missing intentionally. It makes sure that the trandoor memory expansion (if present) is in the correct mode.
Please post pictures of your installation where we can see the board revision.

These are pictures from the installation of ACE2b in my Amiga 2000. Black screen and the machine does not start.

Installation seems correct. Now that I have these pictures, I looked up what the iRep# was about - and it was tested OK back in 2021. Sorry for referencing the manual, as you probably don't have that - this looks like you've bought a used unit.
Try cleaning the socket and the socket adapter with alcohol and a toothbrush, then put the parts together while they are still wet.
