Please be a bit more specific: Do you have an Indivision ECS V2, or an Indivision AGA MK2? The product name you're quoting does not exist.
Also, please explain what you mean by "DHW unit".
Pinouts are available in our Wiki.

This is a indivision ECS MK2.
Please check again. There is no product by that name - at least not from iComp.
Pinouts and capacitor C2 are broken...
A "pinout" is usually a table, a piece of information.
It may be better if you take a picture and post it here.

It's not C2 capacitor. It is C4 that's broken.

This is an Indivision ECS V2.
C4 is a 1210-sized capacitor, 22µF, 10V or higher rating. X5R dielectricum.

It is completely impossible to quote a repair price, becasue I can see that the board is damaged in more than one place. We'd have to inspect each of those places before we put a new socket adapter in. The person that has removed the socket adapter probably didn't have the right tools, or the wrong temperature setting on the solder station. I can even see a few solder pads that are ripped off.
I'm all for "repair over a new purchase", but this one will have to be a timed evaluation and repair. Next time, don't trust the person who did this.
