Is the Denise chip emulated with the ECS V3? I was hoping to have all authentic original hardware. Thanks!

As far as I know, from V2 and up, no physical Denise chip is required (FPGA Hardware implementation).

Correct - Indivision ECS V2 and V3 implement the Denise in the FPGA. Rest assured that this is authentic - we have no open support case with any report of a non-working game. The Denise implementation can be considered cycle-exact on the output. Only thing not working is Genlock functions, so if you want to use those, please also order the A1000-adapter with the flicker fixer and install Indivision ECS on the Paula chip. The flicker fixer will still emulate the Denise for it's VGA output, but you can leave the original Denise in the system, giving you full Genlock compatibility.
