  • Hi Folks, looking for some advice.

I have an A1200 with a MK3 running on the ubiquitous Dell U2410 monitor. Got it running great at its native 1600 x 1200 @ 60 under SUPERPLUS: High Res Laced (which is basically 800x600). Ideally Id like to try and get up to 1024 x 768 but the only screen mode I can find for this is HIGHGFX: Super High Res Laced and, when I try to calibrate it, it always looks terrible - with strong horizontal strips I cant remove and funky looking text irrespective of how I adjust it. Has anyone got any suggestions for either adjusting the display with HIGHGFX or an alternate mode which works with this display?

    Much Appreciated,

    Mark

  • It might be able to handle 15kHz, but not a single flat screen I've seen in the past years supports interlace. Also, you must know that HighGFX uses even lower vertical frequencies. To my knowledge, Indivision is still the only unit that displays all HighGFX modes correctly.
