I am looking to get a ACA500plus/ACA1234 combo for my A500. Will the Subway 2021 USB interface be compatible with such a setup? If not, are there any RTC port USB interface on the market that are compatible?

Subway 2021 is a clock port device that uses a clock port cable. We generally recommend to avoid such devices. While it may work if connected to the clock port of the ACA500plus, we will neither recommend, not support such a configuration. You're on your own.
