I have a Commodore Amiga 500 with a modified motherboard with 1mb chip ram and a selector for 1mb chip ram or 512kb (chip ram) + 512 kb (slow ram).
It also has a 512 kb expansion in the trap door and has a dual kickstart selector (kickstart 1.3 and kickstart 3.1).
My question is whether there will be any incompatibility issues when connecting the ACA500plus accelerator card and using the map rom features with the different kickstart configurations?

There's nothing to worry about: These expansions are compatible, and it doesn't even matter in what position your switches are set.
