We've been busy working on returns, so the returns shelve is empty for the end of the year. I haven't seen any ACA1232, and it's really close-to-empty now.
Can you check tracking if it's really here? When did you send it, and what's the carrier? Did we have contact about the card before? Pretty rare that a 10-year old card comes in for repair, that's why I'm asking.
