First thing I'd try would be to revert back to WB3.1 to see if the tool finds the hardware. If so, a prime suspect is MMU library, which I'd generally remove unless you have a specific need for the development tools that come with it.

The first time I installed MK3 on a WB3.1.4 I also had this error. It just turned out the MK3 didn't sit right on the Lisa, just press it hard on Lisa, she loves it

Oh thanks very much! I probably moved it whilst removing the old ROMs. I pushed it hard and now all OK!
