    I'm not near the CAD system right now, but I have a lot of values in my head - just not the component designators. Please post a picture of the locations, then I have an idea of what the components do.


    Most of the 0402 caps are 100nf/10V or higher, and all series termination resistors are 100R (yes, really that high for a series termination!).
