Try to clean the edge connector of the Amiga 500 with some isoprop alcohol. I've seen Jens give this suggestion to other people and it has worked for them in some cases
Hello,
Tried with two amigas 500, original CPU 4,5A, revision 6a, just cleaned everything with isoprop alcohol. Same problem.
Could not flash either, floppy drive does not work with the ACA 500 plus connected.

Did you try with another powersupply aswell?
Three (03) Amigas original power supply . 3A and 4.5A on 5V. This is no power supply problem. T.hank you.
The piture of your DisMo shows the unit being in de-brick mode. Did you set this intentionally?
Yes, tried to reflash the unit. What´s wrong with the ACA 500 Plus? Suddently this happens, stop working. What means EXC 27 ? It was working and from nothing, this occurs. Now tried with 03 Amigas 500, original CPU, and the same problem. ?????
When in de-brick mode, the unit (Amiga) does nothing....white or grey screen and no floppy disk activity, no workbench 1.3 on the screen. Did copy the menu update aca500 to the floppy and could not replash.
I bought two ACA 500 plus units from IComp on December 2019. One is still working, yet....
Take a good look at the 86-pin connector: Are there any pins bent? Make sure to check both the inside of the connector and the back where the open contacts are visible. We've had cases before where these contacts had been pushed on and made a short.
OK! I will take a look. But thinks with me, is was working sitting on its place, quiet...until yesterday, when i turned on the Amiga. After the problem occurs, i took it out from the Amiga 01 and tested on Amiga 2 and tested on Amiga 3. Also with a multimeter, i tested pin a pin (86)for its continuity and it´s fine. Will try to take and post a picture.
images...
A single continuity check on a ground pin won't tell you anything
It does look like you've modded something on the stand-off that holds the plexi panel. Also, your clear avoidance of showing the back of the connector looks... not reassuring, to say the least.
Please send the unit for a check, my employees will find the cause. Please do read this article and include an error description with the return.
No, I ´ve modded nothing. That´s is because the stand-off is broken. This piece of plastic is so fragile. I covered the hole with a tape, only that.
more pictures ....the back of the connector
Please, let me know if you need more pictures, for evaluation..
Back of the connector does look good, as do the CF card slots. I can't spot anything unusual - we'll have to investigate the card here if there's no special incident that you can connect to the failure.
If you need high resolution images to evaluation, I can upload them to Google Drive.and post a link to view all of them.
