The file name is identical, but the contents should be V2.4.6. The old file is even deleted from the server.

Only logged-in users see download products. That's because the download is provided in the "order history" page of your user account, and guests don't have that page

You have to be a registered user of the shop, not the forum. P96 is invisible in the shop unless you log in - so log into the shop itself, and then look for a product with a photo of a floppy disk as its image. Once you've ordered it, the download link will appear in your Order History.
