Hello i have a amiga 1200 with aca-1233n at 40mhz and i even have a processor motorola at 50 mhz, is it possible to install it?

Yes, but it'll run at 40MHz, so there's no point in making a risky CPU swap. The crystal and the CPLD contents would have to be changed if you want it to run faster, and that's somethig you can't do (unless you want to develop the contents on your own).
