I have two of those cases ! Im in Norway. One for my first ACA and one for my latest. (Old and new model).

Hello ! I had a thought that maybe it would be possible to batch update the Chameleon from SDCard so one does not have to flash each individual core via Chaco ?
Like with the C64 core only for the other cores too ? A standard set of cores that autoflashed from boot of SDcard like the C64 core updater can do ?
You could have various packages that just flashed one core after the other so to have a standard core set flashed without further effort ?
Or is the procedure the C64 core uses completely limited to flash only one core, then reboot the TC ?
I'd say it would be nice to have a standard way to flash C64+hwtest+Amiga+Vic20+C16+spectrum (maybe) + arcade cores in one go ?

Incredibly, I even managed to compile the Chaco myself too from Alastairs info !
But not needed really as the 20.04 he compiled works plus the old one from 2019.
But a challenge completed is always satisfying

hm I finally tried to make a full rom with the wordprocessor hi+lo but I got a 81.9 KB file as a result ? Wasn't it supposed to be 64k ?

Crap seems ubuntu 18.04 / Mint 19.3 only goes upto 3.0.4

This is not a Chameleon issue but I am unable to run the recent ./Chaco commandline tool !

I've tried to install every package under the sun for GTK3 tonight but I just cant seem to find just that dependency !
I'm struggling onwards but I thought I'd toss in a message here too incase you know already !

I'm on Linux Mint 19.3 (Ubuntu Bionic 18.04 based)

Hmm I tried now a different OS CF and with the acatune that was on that disk it works !
Originally I was going to try to run -setc0mem 512 to get a "Tearaway Thomas" disk game to work - (That game works without any config (as mentioned with these later ACAs) on my ESCOM/ACA1233 machine )

Well I will have to investigate ! Maybe I can maprom in Kick 1.3 ?

Every argument gets me a "wrong number of arguments" reply.

Keep getting "wrong number of arguments" when trying to run ACATune on ACA1230/28.

What am I doing wrong I wonder .. I have a "Loadmodule ---- scsi" argument in the startup as well can that be it ?

AHA so I can press both shifts to get restore !

I finally got around to the core Love it ! Are dedicating a ps/2 keyboard to it due to the slightly different layout. And I discovered that C16 doesnt have a Restore button

Espen: Apparently singlepixel vertical lines did not look good on TVs !
The PET which the PETSCII originated on had monitors from the start.
