Thanks Tobias. Good to hear Spacebar is found on the remote already. That'll help with many games using it for weapons. But I guess that is why you already mapped it in the first place

This passive one won't work, however, this active one will do, tested on my TC64 v1:
Thanks for the hint. That is a nice alternative. But since the Chameleon has separate mouse and keyboard inputs, how does it work if I have a logitech keyboard+mouse which talks to the same USB-RF dongle ? Shall I put the adapter from ebay into the keyboard or the mouse port on the Chameleon ?
-
If I have a Logitech K400 (small keyboard which has a USB RF transceiver) and I use a USB2PS2 adapter, would this work on the Chameleon ?
(I hook up the adapter to e.g. the keyboard input of the Chameleon, and stick the RF-USB transceiver in the usb end of the adapter above.
Would it work ?
Or -- what are my wireless kbd/mouse options which has been tested ?

That is great to hear. German quality never goes out of style I am glad I ordered both the expansion + cdtv + rrnet. But since the RrNet is wired, I bought from Amazon a very small wifi bridge (usb powered) so I can use my wifi with the TC64. The bridge is like 5cm x 2cm so it bundles well with the rest -- sizewise.
Maybe V3 ha onboard wifi and support for bluetooth mouse/kbd ? or a USB connector for mouse/kbd ?

No no..it's your operating system which is just saying so in fears of being replaced

Can you tell us differences between v1 and v2?
Oguzog: Here is the info about V1 vs V2:

Excellent -- thank you for all the great info on the link above! PS! I thought the CDTV used radio signals and not IR (40Mhz) ???

I am curious if you guys could add pictures of how the new TC64 V2 looks like from all sides + how it is with the casing on it. I have already ordered but I want to know what I am getting -- just as a teaser.
Plus - could you add a list of the items which are new (like the fpga) and what more the V2 can do that the V1 couldn't, etcetera. E.g. how much larger the new fpga is and if we could expect to fit larger cores for more advanced machines (e.g. the a1200 aga core and so on).
Super happy to know I soon will receive my new V2 and the RRnet3+cdtv remote. It is ike 2nd christmas

If we play a game like Turrican which (if I recall correctly) uses Space bar for a weapon, can we add "spacebar" to a button on the cdtv-remote for extremely pleasant sofa-gaming (read: no ps2 keyboard needed) ??
-
Could you also upload a picture of the new V2 from different angles plus how it looks when inside the new case ? AND ...will it stick out much from the docking station as it seems like the width of the new V2 board is wider compared to V1. Am I correct ?
(Looking forward to receiving my V2 which is already ordered)
