Is there a wiki for installing the config tool ? I did not see anything in the short manual

No need for a Wiki entry, just run the install script. Should be obvious if you unpack the archive on your Amiga (note that you should NOT unpack the archive on a PC, as the file attributes will be lost, and the install script wouldn't have the "s" flag set).
