That is an artefact of the Amiga chipset itself: You have obviously chosen an NTSC screen mode, where not all lines are the same length. They alternate between "long" and "short" lines, and the chipset is really generating this "digital noise".
Easiest fix is to use any other screen mode. Since output frequency is no issue with Indivision, PAL(-interlace) is the obvious choice, as you'll have more space on the WB as well.
