I have an amige 2000 and a picasso II++(GBAPII++) graphics card. There are two VGA chips in this phase. Under one monitor connection. Can I connect a scandoubler indivision to the latter

In that configuration, you should use a monitor with two inputs, or an external monitor switcher.

Then please turn to the seller of that card, not to me. I have developed Indivision ECS many years ago, but I was not involved with development of the Picasso/GBA card. If someone made you a promise about the functionality, I am not responsible for it.
