  • Thanks for the feedback - it's such a relief that shipments to non-EU countries now have acceptable transit times. Neither DHL, nor Parcel One had been up to the task, but UPS is just killing it. Yes, you pay a little more, but their service just feels like "they know how it's done". What I mean to say is that credit is mainly due for UPS - it's just that you now have the same experience that EU customers pretty much "always" had, as we push to ship same-day.


    Note that our shop system will only sell what we really have in stock. It will stop taking orders if there is not enough stock, so you can rely on a very fast dispatch after payment has come through.
