Hello,
Tried with two amigas 500, original CPU 4,5A, revision 6a, just cleaned everything with isoprop alcohol. Same problem.
Could not flash either, floppy drive does not work with the ACA 500 plus connected.

Hello,
Problem fixed by MNT, with the last firmware version 1.6.2. for the ZZ9000 graphics card.
Info from MNT: Fixes to network driver including the possibility of switching to INT2 instead of INT6 in the event you have hardware conflicts.
To do this, set the interrupt jumper on ZZ9000 to INT2 and create an empty file ENVARC:ZZ9K_INT2.

Hello Jens,
Thank you for the info.
So, there is no need to upgrade firmware for this particuraly one to use with the ACA500plus, good to know.
Do you think the ACA1221LC is better than this ACA1220 for the ACA 500 Plus? the advantage is more memory..is there any other?
I will pay a little more for the 1221lc compared to it.
Please, let me know.

Agree with you, but in my case, the fan is very quiet all the time and very efficient. I think it is because Seasonic is a well made PSU. And now I have more space internally for better airflow.

OK, it is fair. You are right. There are three different designs. Amiga 2000, 3000 e 4000. Much investment.

Well, I am not convinced, yet. Perhaps, because I am using an external HUB with its on 5V power supply, on rapidroad connection, and connecting even external usb Hds which I am using to play Mp3s via A4000 internals.
Is there a way to design an internal power supply for the big boxes Amigas? Personally, I think it is more original this way. Nothing external is good for me. For using an internal PC PSU, I had to choose the SFX PC version, with a printed 3D Amiga 4000 small form factor power supply adapter. And I must say it really fitted very well inside the A4000D. If I wanted to use external, there are good options, such as, Corsair HFX platinum series PSU power supplies.

Hello,
I am using in my A4000 desktop, a finest and one of the best sfx psus. The Seasonic SFX 300W model ss-300sfe. 20A +5V two rails 12V 22A combined and 0.8A -12V. It is an excellent PSU made in Taiwan and it uses Su´scon capacitors. No problem at all. Very stable Amiga 4000.

One more question,
This is valid too for installing the rapidroad on the A604N expansion? for Amiga600
I must buy the clockport version or can use the x-surf 100 version?
See attached images
Thank you

Thank you very much for the info. I will think about it. There are two itens in my buying list, it is the ACA1221LC for the ACA500plus and this one for the A1200.

OK,
if I buy this one you mentioned and connect directly on the ACA1233N accelerator, it will be as fast as in the zorro3 system?
Thank you

Hello,
I am using the rapidroad with x-surf 100 on a zorro 3 system. Amiga 4000.
Would like to know if I can use the same board (Rapidroad) on the 1233N accelerator card in an Amiga 1200.
Have a spare pc usb cable. Attached photo.
Any problems? Is it safe? And it will be as fast as in the A4000?
Thank you in advance
