P96 Install Over Existing Installation PiStorm

    I run PiStorm32 Lite HDMI out and AGA MK3 HDMI out. Workbench 3.2.2.1 boots from the SD card on the PiStorm and goes into RTG mode. If I install P96 over it, it breaks everything and I have no modes. What would be the safe way to upgrade my Workbench install without breaking everything else?
