    I have Icomp P96 for several years, but every time a new release is resealed I purchase again to support development šŸ˜€


    April this year I purchased again (paypal transaction below), but I was advised to wait for an email because that due to some website issues I could not download.

    I waited, but until now I didnā€™t receive any email with the new P96 3.5.0.

    I was a bit late on the "before noon" promise, but I did take care of it on April 22nd, 2025 at 14:17. Check your spam filter, look for an eMail with two attachments, totalling 1.4MByte.

    if this doesnā€™t work we need to explore the authentication of an alternative email address for my icomp account šŸ˜€ (for example my Apple iCloud email address)

    The message ID should be the most unique thing to look for. eMails are sent from the jens@icomp account. Sure, I can send it again. However, you should really check how to set up a "safe sender list" with your eMail provider. Mostly called "white list" for bypassing spam detection. We already do literally everything in the book to avoid being mis-detected, but especially Microsoft likes to block our eMails (haven't checked who your eMail provider is).

    In the past 2 years cyber cybercrime has evolved to integrate the benefit of AI and the outcome of that have impacted all of us, including Google Gmail.
    Due to that I had to manually activate 2FA on almost 2000 websites that I had record from my past internet ā€œfootprintā€ since 1995. Cybercrime started to spam Gmail registering on lists of websites around the world (in one week i received 20 million messages from websites i never registering, or simply because the cybercrime AI used my email address to Request marketing messages to be sent, because the website didn't verify the email shared.


    I managed to solve the issue by selecting messages and activating spam on the search result. Today the cybercrime continues to register my email address through web-sites on internet, but the number of new messages are manageable (10-20 messages per week).


    Back to the point, your April message must have been purged because Gmail ā€œSpamā€ only have messages until May 2025.

    check your spam filter, and really do what you acknowledged during the order process with the terms and conditions: Add icomp.de to your whiltelist/safe senders list.
