  • Hi,

Is it safe to access / update / save settings via the remote control menu with Win10 while a cartridge like ‘teensyROM’ is inserted / running on the C64rMK2?

Are there any states or scenarios that should be avoided when using the remote control menu for future reference?

Thanks for your help and any info!

  • The firmware update procedure will only run after a cold start/power-up anyway, and you should only do that with the cartridge port empty. For all other settings, it should be OK ot leave a cartridge in.

Speaking of firmware- it is ok to simply use the most recent release to update from any previous version? (ie. It is not necessary to install increment update versions?)
