The unit XT1K+ is here and has been repaired under warranty on february 26th, 2019.
Trouble is that you are not a direct customer - your contract is with our Polish reseller Eden Computery, not with us. We therefore will ship this unit back to Eden Computery, as our contrat is with them. This will happen as soon as Eden Computery places their next order with us.

We do have an open order from Eden computery, but we're a bit short-handed this week. It's a typical "holiday week" with monday being a national holiday (I guess it's the same all over Europe). Do your unit will make it back to Poland in the very near future
