  • Hi,

First time poster here. I have a non-functioning ACE2b that I think may have shorted and am just wondering if there is a repair/replace solution for such a instance?

    Thanks,

    Joe C.

  • Yes, we do repair what we make. If you send your unit, please include an error description and most important: Include anything that you think may help in locating the fault, especially failed installation attempts, like "wrong orientation", "operated with a dodgy power supply" or just "fell on the ground" - anything that helps shorten the diagnosis process will lower the cost and speed things up.
