Hello I recently bought an Indivision CS V4 and a 604n memory card. I have installed both cards but do not get a picture on the screen. The picture I get (attaching a picture). The memory card works as it should but I can't get Indivision started, does anyone know what the problem might be? I have tried with 2 different VGA cables and 3 monitors including a TV, have also tested with different PSUs.

Changed the title of the thread from “Indivision ECS V4” to “Indivision ECS V4 doesn't work”. -
Is the computer itself starting, do you see it boot and/or the drive click when Indivision is installed?

Yes, the computer boots up and the drive click.
but stops after a while and doesn't take any floppy disks

Is this an older A604n unit? If so, and it's combined with an A600 that has a VBB-Agnus, you may need to cut a trace on that A604n before Indivision ECS V2/V3/V4 will work on it. I can look that up if you give me the warranty ID of the A604n.

If this memory expansion is working without Indivision ECS, it should also work with - it is not affected by the "Vbb problem" that I mentioned earlier.
One thing that may happen is that the pins that are meant to keep you from inserting the unit "shifted" are touching the RAM chip under the socket. You can attempt to shorten the pin that's closest to it, then re-insert the unit - or add a socket in between as an intermediate step if you want to see if this is the solution.

did as you suggested and it didn't help, still no picture

Do you have a working monitor on that A600 and could you launch the config tool to see if the unit is found?
I can see that you've bought from GGS Data, so I know that you don't have the CIA adapter installed (yet - the A600-CIA adapters arrived with GGS Data today!). However, I'm baffled that the unit doesn't work for you, as each and every unit that leaves here has been fully tested. Best explanation I currently have is that the flash has lost it's contents due to a bad PSU, which can be fixed by running the config tool and choosing "update firmware" from the drop-down menu.

Yes that's right, bought the rub from GGS data Ok, I'll give it a try and get back to you, thanks!

I have now tried everything I can. -Rescue disk -Reinstall Workbench -removed everything except memory and ECS v4, all results in an 8000 0003 error. Do I remove ECS V4, so the amiga starts without problems and the memory is recognized

Just to exclude trouble with your memory expansion, please send both the flickerfixer and the mem expansion back to GGS, so we can test both together.
