All Units that leave here are tested before they get their warranty ID - this sounds more like a contact problem. Please clean the contact of your A500 with alcohol and a micro fibre cloth, but do NOT use contact sprays. Those often have lubricants in them that you don't want on a computer connector.
As any dirt that there may be on your computer(s) may have scratched onto the surface of the ACA500plus contacts, you should clean that side as well. Use an old toothbrush and - again - pure alcohol, for example IPA which should be available from your local pharmacy.
What else is in the computer, and what power supply are you using?

Thanks for your quick reply, I have already cleaned the contacts, and tried the card on 2 different amigas which were regularly recapped, I also cleaned the contacts of the aca500 plus, the amigas are without any type of expansion, they only have 512kb of chip memory, could this be the boot problem?

If you send it back, pelase be honest with your description. If we take more time to figure out that you've inserted it the wrong way round, it's going to be more expensive than if we look in that direction from the start.

Hello and Thanks I attach the full description and a copy of the invoice, but honestly it was not entered incorrectly.
But now for all the tests I have done I am not sure, so also check immediately for an incorrect entry error, it comes out immediately on the display 20 tested on 2 Amiga 500.
