  • Is there any way of having the Amiga 1200 power light be on without changing the keymapping when using the Keyrah2?

  • This will take circuit modification - the Power LED is hard-wired on Keyrah V2. I don't have the schematics with me, but I can take a look next week when I'm back from holidays. Just give this thread another bump on Tuesday or Wednesday.

  • U4 is a schmitt trigger-inverter 74xx14, which handles the delay circuit and LED drivers. There is one unused inverter on that chip, pin#13 being the input and pin#12 the output.

The power LED is handled with the inverter on pin#5 (input) and pin#6 (output). Cut the trace coming out of pin#6, then make a wire connection from pin#6 to pin#13 of that same chip. The new, inverted power LED signal is then on pin#12, which you can route to the outermost pin of the A1200 LED connector (the one closest to the edge).
