I had to reinstall the latest version of P96 and was wondering if the screen promoter "ChangeScreen" is part of the install and compatible with this version?

If it's not in the archive, it's not part of the distribution. Can't say off the top of my head, but you should be able to tell very easily by looking at the archive contents.
