MK2 and new replacement hardware

    Someone populate the MK2 using only new chips replacements like for example ARMSID or other chips? It Works? MK2 recongnize the voltage and clock of this devices?


    Or only original chips are recognized?

  • ARMsid is not detected as such, but since the MK2 will always fall back to "safe" values/voltages, it will still work. You'll have to live with a blinking LED though :)
