Is it possible to make another switch to use the action replay feature on the ACA500plus. The problem is because my A500+ is now in a checkmate case and the switch on the ACA500plus is now inaccessible.

You're on your own with this - I really don't want to support anything around the Checkmate case, as it encourages people to go for known-bad solutions (such as ATX power supplies, which are a complete no-go).
