I see Jens mentioned on English Amiga Board long ago potentially adding a 1Kohm resistor on the CCK line to 5V for cleaning up higher resolutions on the A4000D. Is that suggestion still relevant to the MK2cr? Thanks!

For the IndiAGA mk3 we offer two options, either a 1 Kohm pullup or 100 pf capacitor on CCK. So yes suggestion is still valid for MK2cr that doesn't have this feature build in. If you notice small random horizontal lines appearing on the screen using high resolutions, adding the resistor might fix it.
