Does P96 requires an additional hardware video card? Or could I just use it with the amiga Denise or super Denise?
Could I use it with the Indivision ECS V2 in an Amiga 500?

While P96 can also use the normal chipset in it's latest version, I don't see a use. And no, Indivision ECS V2 won't improve the video modes as well, as it is not a graphics card. It's a flicker fixer with integrated scaler.
Could I get 256 colors in an A500 with 2MB chip and the ACA500Plus and superDenise at a high resolution like 720p or 1080p by using P96 latest?
No, that won't work. A flicker fixer will only change the frame rate, but it will not extend the colour pallette of the computer. That's the essence of the sentence "it is not a graphics card".
So, is it safe to say that P96 driver is really for A2000 and up that can use expansion video cards?
In other words... P96 is not for A500, A600, nor A1200. Right ?

Not without an appropriate expansion, right. I'm not excluding that a future accelerator will have RTG capabilities
PiStorm is an accelerator for the A500 that has RTG capatibilities
And does it have a proper P96 driver? We certainly opened up the P96 programming documentation for this very reason: Support new developments like that!
The driver is on the PiSTorm github.
