    I looked around and cannot find anywhere to find out if I placed a order correctly. I have ordered before with no problem. I ordered the end of last week and have not received a email confirming the order. I really am asking to see if the order was received because if not I want to redo the order again.

  • I can see two orders placed last year with your eMail address, but no current order. Looks like you haven't clicked on the final "buy now" button. Note that EU laws require us to show you a summary of your order including all fees and taxes (where applicable), and only if you confirm all that, the order is placed. I know that many shops are violating this law, attempting to get a higher "conversion rate", so the experience may be different with other shops.


    However, I believe that this law is good for the customer, so I won't sacrifice this final confirmation step. Please try again and make sure to confirm that final step.
