How to setup monitor specs and create precise screenmodes?

    I'm having difficulty setting up the specs of my monitor using Picasso96Mode mainly the min and max frequencies.
    When Using Cybergraphx, it was easy to create 100hz and 150hz screenmodes to achieve semi-smooth moving objects. (mouse pointer and windows). It is confusing with Picasso96Mode.
