If hold left mouse button and turn on amiga, red screen appears for a second and then amiga boots to workbench as usual.

I've seen this, but unfortunately it absolutely doesn't explain how to get started using and configuring the accelerator.

I have no other add-ons for Amiga. Only bootable CF with WB.
This is what I see when starting ACATool.
Try to un-tag the "set CPU speed" - it should start with "safe speed". Setting 14MHz is only required for certain games and should not be used in "everyday life". 20MHz will also do the trick if you want to slow down for power consumption.
Just for statistics: What power supply are you using?
Try to remove the tool from startup-sequence - if you can make it work with the left mouse button, something is keeping the tool from proceeding.
Do not press "save" in the tool after you have removed it from the startup-sequence.

Looks like you should contact those web8bits guys who supposedly created the installation you're using. Apart from that ATA3.driver, which most likely messes with the scsi.device of the system, I don't see anything suspicious, but then again, I don't have the Startup-Sequence2 file, and I have zero experience with the AGLaunch program (read about it for the first time now).

We're not the authors of icon-library. Since you're using LoadModule, this must be an "updated" version - please find out what version it is and contact the author(s). Only they can answer your question.
