My Rapidroad worked without any problems, at first. My Amiga (A600, Vampire V2, Gold 2.12) was no longer in operation for 1 year. The Amiga was reinstalled (Coffin R57) and Poseidon 4.5 was new installed. Now the card no longer works, although the LED is on (... hardware failed self-test -7). Can it be repaired?
If possible, please answer in German.
Please try:
- with a real M68k CPU, as Poseidon is developed for that.
- with a proper power supply, as the setup looks like a self-made tower case that lacks proper shielding. Please especially read the passage about ATX PSUs in our PSU FAQ.
- please observe the white LED when pressing reset: Does it go off if you press reset? If should!

Hmm.. way overpowered and questionable in terms of the main regulation rail. Only if it's one of these modern DC-DC converter based models, I'd trust it, but you still have the open question of proper shielding. Is that custom case made out of metal, and are all parts tightly screwed to that metal? Is everything connected to earth?
Made a change on shielding/grounding?
