Hi jens my buddha Anniversary is not recognised at all by the A2000 and would say the flash rom has lost its contents can i return it to you guys for repair or replacement?

If it's really the flash rom, you can of course re-flash it yourself - no need to ship it (even if it's just within Europe). The flash tool also allows you to attempt a flash even if autoconfig didn't work - that's what the "initial" option is for. I hope you have a possibility to transfer files to the Amiga?

Sure there is - though not with the "initial" part explained. Just call the flash toll with "?" as argument or read the docs that come with it.
