Can anyone tell me what dvi connection screw comes on the connector that the monitor pins connect to? I recently acquired this and it came with only one instead of the two that the monitor cable screw in to??

The screws/bolts are GND and don't carry any other signal.
If you don't have the original cable or it's damaged, we have added a spare part to the shop today. It seems like Indivision AGA MK2cr is sold regularly without the cable, and we got numerous requests during the past months. We therefore decided to make new cables, although the product won't be made any more in this form (the forthcoming MK3 version uses a different cable).
